Recently crowned Olympic Champion in Versailles, Christian Kukuk told of his tactics and mindset at major championships such as the Olympics upon returning home, "You have to trust the system that got you to the Championships in the first place. If you were selected, you did well, you shouldn't want to change too much in that."
"Obviously the details are of at least equal importance, but you shouldn't start overthinking anything."
