Sir Radjah dies on his way home from Geneva

Sir Radjah, the second horse of Beatrice Ferrer-Salats, died of a colic attack. The Spanish lady rider was one her way home with her 11-year old Sir Donnerhal-son after a successful weekend in Geneva, when the gelding suffered from a colic attack. Ferrer-Salats and her team decided to make a stop a an animal clinic in Lyon and continue their journey afterwards. In this clinic it became clear that Sir Radjah needed to be operated immediately. The gelding didn't survive the operation Ferrer-Salat got a third place in the Kür yesterday and Friday they ended second in the Grand Prix.
