Spanish riders dominate Grand Prix dressage in Madrid

The Spanish dressage riders in Madrid showed their dressage skills this afternoon in the CDI5* Grand Prix de Dressage. The victory clearly went to Beatriz Ferrer-Salat with the sixteen-year-old De Niro son Delgado. The pair was unanimously awarded with the first place with a score of 76,62%. José Antonio Garcia Mena and Benzi Landro (Olivi) finished second, but one judge would have rather put them in the fifth place. Their score was 69,76%. Sascha Schulz and nine-year-old Lusitano Dragao (Unico) took the third place with 69,68%. Cristobal Belmonte and the BWP stallion Diavolo II de Laubry (Alibi de Laubry) claimed the fourth place, German rider Isabelle Steidle and Long Drink (Langenhagen) finished the top five.
