van der Meer outstrips Truppa in Grand Prix

The Dutch dressage rider Patrick van der Meer has won the CDI4* Grand Prix in Lyon this morning. Aboard his 12-year-old mount Uzzo (by Lancet) van der Meer scored a total of 73,09%, almost one percent more as the Italian Valentina Truppa. Although some of the judges would have prefered this Italian beauty on the first step she and Fixdesign Eremo del Castagno (by Rohdiamant) followed in a secon place after gathering a total of 72.25%. The French rider Marc Boblet scored another 2% less and had to settle for the third place. Together with his black Noble Dream Concept Sol (by Caprimond) he scored just over 70%. This Grand Prix was also a qualifier for the Freestyle test that is on the programm on Friday evening 7.15pm.
