In September Germany's Hamburg announced its candidature for organizing the 2024 Olympic Games. In the last weeks the citizens of the north-German city held a referendum voting with 51.6 percent 'NO'. Therefor Hamburg has to withdraw. This means only four candidates are left over; Los Angeles, Rome, Bucharest and Paris. In September 2017 the IOC (International Olympic Comité) will announce the city who'll be organizing the 30th edition of the Olympic summer Games.
