Olympics: shortlist for Australian dressage team announced

Equestrian Australia’s Dressage Selection Panel announced the eight combinations that can qualify for the team that will participate at the Olympics in Rio. This eight combinations will now have to prove that they belong in the team. This team will consist of four members. The eight combinations are:

  1. Brett Parberry – DP Weltmeister
  2. Kristy Oatley – Du Soleil
  3. Lyndal Oatley – Sandro Boy
  4. Kelly Layne – Udon P
  5. Mary Hanna – Umbro
  6. Mary Hanna – Boogie Woogie
  7. Maree Tomkinson – Diamantina
  8. Suzanne Hearn – Remmington
The athletes will have the chance to prove that they belong in the team at two events in Europe. That will be in Odense, Denmark and at the CHIO in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
