McLain Ward has claimed an extra spot in the history books with his incredible HH Azur, winning the Rolex Grand Prix in Geneva. “To win the Rolex Grand Prix of Geneva ranks right up amongst the very greatest moments. Olympic gold medals, the Grand Prix in Calgary – this is a very special moment.”
HH Azur is partially owned by Hunter Harrison's family and Belgium's Francois Mathy. "Francois is like a father to me and I feel honoured he was here today to witness our victory. Hunter was like a mentor to my, unfortunately he is no longer with us," McLain continues. "Today's victory was pretty special. It confirms Azur is in her prime. At the end of last year she felt a bit at the end of her career, but she is completely reborn and feels fantastic."
