Bon Balou (2006-2015) the loss of a shinning star

Today the Canada based Dreamscape Farm announced the passing of the stallion Bon Balou. "Bon Balou present with colic symtoms yesterday evening and was immediately attended to, and transported to Clover Valley Veterinary Clinic, despite everyone's best efforts there were complications discovered during surgery and the only humane choice that there was, was to euthanize Bon Balou." Bon Balou was licensed in Verden in 2008. Bon Balou went on to win the jumping portion of the 70 day test at Silver Creek, where he awed with his presence, ability, and wonderful good nature. In 3 short breeding seasons Bon Balou has also made his mark on the breeding world, with numerous premium foals, site champions and stallion prospects. He also established himself as a leading sire in almost every studbook.
