Two weeks before the 7th leg of the Longines Global Champions Tour series in Monte-Carlo, Monaco, it is still Portugal who is in the lead of the ranking. After the LGCT Cannes, Luciana Diniz remains on top collecting her points finishing third in the Cannes 1.60m Grand Prix. With a total of 160 points she has a 50 points gap with runner-up, Veredus-rider, Pius Schwizer. Schwizer didn't collect any points after retiring his course in Cannes. Scott Brash keeps in the third place with a total of 105 points. Rolf-Göran Bengtsson managed to get some vital points however. The Swedish show jumper finished second in Cannes and jumps into the fourth place in the interim ranking. Kent Farrington follows in fifth position with 92 points. Everything is still possible as we are heading for some of the nicest competitions in the world located in Monte-Carlo, Paris, London, Valkenswaard, etc.
