Riders are heading to Germany for the Hamburg LGCT

After Abdullah AlSharbatly won the fourth Longines Global Champions Tour Grand Prix in Shanghai, the riders are heading for Hamburg. The German city is to host the fifth leg of the 2016 Longines Global Champions Tour as well as its traditional derby. A strong field of home riders will battle it out against a top international group. For Germany Christian Ahlmann, Ludger Beerbaum, Daniel Deusser, Marcus Ehning, Janne-Friederike Meyer and Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum are among the big names. Other stars that will compete are the current number one Simon Delestre, Ireland's Bertram Allen, Brazil's Rodrigo Pessoa, Great Britain's John and Michael Whitaker and USA's Lauren Hough and Laura Kraut.
