The Irish combinations are dominating the first day of the Dublin Horse Show with yet another victory for a home rider. None other then Shane Sweetnam left the competition to bite the dust in the 1.60m Sport Ireland Class.
The victory went to Out of the Blue SCF (by Verdi TN) ridden by the Irishman Shane Sweetnam, ensuring that the win of this class stayed on home turf as well. The pair set the fastest time of 66,15 seconds. The twelve-year-old BWP gelding, Legend (by Ogano Sitte), secured the second place with Eduardo Alvarez Aznar (ESP), who finished in 66,88 seconds. The podium was rounded off by Max Wachman (IRL) and Quintini (by Quintender), who stopped the clock at 67,10 seconds.
