The team of the Collection Auction is excited to present the fifth edition as they take it to new heights with a LIVE event for the very first time.
The Collection Auction is the result of the dynamic collaboration between Milestone Farm and ST Stables. The founders, Steve Tinti, Carlos Pinto & Willemijn Poels with their collective 40+ years of experience have yet again curated a remarkable collection of top-tier horses.
We were amongst the first to organise an online auction during the Covid pandemic, to maintain the flow of activity within the industry. With its success came a yearly online auction and a catalogue of exciting young Grand Prix prospects.
“I’m very proud of the 2024 Collection. I have really high expectations for the horses we have selected this year and I firmly believe that we have created the best catalogue yet,” Steve Tinti said.
The fifth edition of The Collection Auction is pushing the boundaries of the fast moving online auction industry. This year we are taking the hammer to a live event at Peelbergen Equestrian Centre on the Friday at the Youth European Championships (19th July 2024).
The Collection Auction is staying true to its roots by also offering online bidding so buyers from around the world can participate and secure their future horsepower from wherever they are.
“I am excited for the fifth edition of The Collection Auction. We have upped our game by deciding to host it as live auction for the first time. We have also selected some older, more experienced horses in this year’s catalogue who already have proven results on the international circuit. This gives buyers an exciting opportunity to purchase a Grand Prix horse who is ready to go,” Carlos Pinto said.
With 21 horses in this year’s collection, we are thrilled to present 17 talented jumpers, three hunters and one hunter pony who we believe will go far.
“I take great pride in sourcing potential hunter and equitation horses for the North American circuit. In this year’s collection we have exceeded our own expectations by presenting three exceptional hunters, all with the qualities that represent a champion and one hunter pony who will most definitely make dreams come true,” Willemijn Poels said.
