The Equest.auction is ready for a new successful edition. "This fifth edition of our auction once again features proven horses ranging from young prospects to experienced schoolmasters, along with our new selection of hunters. We are also proud to offer world-class implanted embryos. "
We have kept our collection deliberately small to ensure high quality. However over the four years since our inception, horses sold through our auctions have already gone on to excel within high level competitions and junior classes alike, have collected ribbons in hunter divisions and also achieved success with amateur riders.
Among the most successful of our graduates is Dia Lotta , sold in the winter of 2023 as a seven year old; this season, she secured victories at 1.40m, delivered clear rounds in every 1.45m class she entered, and ended her season with an 11th place in a 1.50m Super GP.
Other horses now competing at Grand Prix level include Oriette (1.45m)—the top seller from our first edition, as well as Venezia (1.45m) and Chaccimo (1.45m).
This year’s collection features 16 horses, aged between 4 and 10, all with competition experience appropriate for their age, ranging from 1.00m to 1.50m.
Arguably the most exciting lot is Nespresso Blanc, an exceptional five-year-old gelding by Nevados, who qualified this season for the Bundeschampionat in Germany and demonstrates immense talent.
In addition to young prospects destined for the upper echelons of the sport, the collection also includes several outstanding horses who would be perfectly suited to amateur riders.
Our collection, new this year, also now features specialists for hunter classes. Additionally, as a special bonus, we are again offering two implanted embryos with world-class pedigrees, sourced from elite breeder Joris de Brabander.
As always, every horse has been tested by our own riders and also its important to state that not every horse passes our rideability assessment.
Naturally, each horse undergoes a comprehensive, up-to-date veterinary examination; the clinical check comes first, and only if the horse passes that is it then tested under saddle. Finally, all horses undergo a full set of X-rays. You are welcome to try out any of the horses in person, simply get in touch with us. We can also provide you with recent training footage or videos of the horses being worked on the lunge line.
We will also source further competition footage and arrange for additional veterinary checks should they be required.
