In Portugal the second round of the Global Champions Tour of Cascais just came to an end. It were the Paris Panthers who claimed the victory, Darragh Kenny managed to pull of a clear round with Balou du Reventon (Cornet Obolensky), keeping the team total on four points. Gregory Wathelet registered four penalties with Mjt Nevados S (Calvados Z). The Scandinavian Vikings also finished on a team total of four, however, Christian Ahlmann (Clintrexo Z) and Leopold Van Asten (VDL Groep Beauty) were a bit slower over the ground, moving them into second place. The third podium spot was for the London Knights, both Nicola Philippaerts (H&M Harley vd Bisschop) and Martin Fuchs (Chaplin) noted four penalties, leaving them on a team total of eight. The team does keep it's overall leading position. The individual victory was for Carlos Enrique Lopez Lizarazo, he stopped the clock in 63,64 seconds aboard his Ulhane de Conde (Jarnac). He stayed half a second ahead of Daniel Deusser with Tobago Z (Tangelo vd Zuuthoeve). Luciana Diniz joined them on the podium, she stopped the clock in 64,98 seconds with Lennox Grammus. Eduardo Alvarez Aznar came in fourth with Rokfeller de Pleville Bois Margot (L'arc de Triomphe) and Pius Schwizer completed the top five with Chidame Z (Chippendale Z).
