After a week ago Nintender Star, the 12-year-old gelding by the stallion Nintender, left Angelica Augustsson's stables, the Swedish rider must say goodbye to another top horse. Chadora Lady (by Chacco-Blue x Nintender) will continue under a new rider, says the Swedish rider herself via social media.
The nine-year-old mare was assigned to the Swedish early this year after previously being allowed to spend time under the saddle of Augustsson's husband, Marlon Zanotelli. Augustsson had to take the mare up a notch in the sport and she succeeded quite well. In less than a year, the duo emerged at the 4* level with even two 5* passes in Rome last September. In October, they won another 3* Grand Prix together and to that they added a top five placing in a 4* Grand Prix at the end of September.
"One of a kind. It has been an honour to have brought you up the the top level of the sport, now we will keep watching your success with your new rider. You will be deeply missed by all of us" reads her post on Instagram. Who will take over the reins of the promising mare is not yet known.
