Yesterday, Ashford farm shared via Instagram with their followers (and the rest of the world) their newest addition to their team of horses. The 9-year-old Farmers Girl HS (Aragorn), previously ridden by Frank Schuttert, has left Schuttert Sporthorses' stable the "Driehoekhoeve" in the Netherlands and will continue her journey on Belgian soil.
The pretty brown Holsteiner mare made her debut yesterday with new rider Stefanie Carroll in the CSI2* 1.30m class of Knokke Hippique.
Farmers Girl HS, previously ridden by the Schuttert family up to 1.50m level, is welcomed with open arms by Ashford farm. In a story on Instagram they write "We're welcoming this lovely horse to our team of horses". Stable rider Stefanie Carroll started the mare yesterday for the first time in the CSI2* 1.30m class in Knokke, where they set a nice clear round.
