New talent joins the stables of Marcus Ehning

The German rider Marcus Ehning is getting a new asset in his stables. The ten-year-old gelding Coolio 42 is set to put his best foot forward under the number 25-ranked on the Longines Ranking rider.

Coolio 42 is a son of Casalito in combination with Quidam de Revel. He received his (international) training as a young horse under Marcel Marschall, another German rider. The DeMartini family has invested in the young gelding and is now assigning him to Ehning.

Under Marschall, the gelding successfully started in young horse classes and rose to the 5* level. They even participated together this year in the Nations Cup of St. Gallen, where they secured the bronze medal with the German team. Individually, they recently achieved a fourth-place finish in the Grand Prix of Mannheim.
