The Cannes Stars demonstrated supreme form throughout the competition, combining speed and agility over the demanding 1.60m courses. Both Ioli Mytilineou aboard Casanova Hastak DWB (Cosmeo) and Yuri Mansur with both Vitiki (Valentino) and QH Alfons Santo Antionio (Aromats) managed to produce all clear rounds.

"I'm really happy with this performance," Ioly Mytilineou said after the win. "I like to keep my promisses..." she laughs. Yuri Mansur added he was incredible proud of both his horses. "It's really nice and exciting we managed to qualify for the GC Play-Offs in Verona in two weeks, really looking forward to that."

Ciaran Nallon and Philipp Weishaupt jumped to the runner-up position with Riesenbeck International. Denis Lynch and Michael Pender delivered New York Empire the third spot.

Weishaupt Takes Individual Top Honors in Second Round

The second round doubled as an intense individual trial where Germany’s Philipp Weishaupt stole the show. Riding the 9-year-old grey gelding Callao L (v. Congress x Asca Z), bred by Kai Ligges, Weishaupt produced an unbeatable clear round in a blisteringly fast time of 65.83 seconds to secure individual victory.

Fellow German rider Sophie Hinners grabbed second place individually aboard Event de l'Heribus (v. Emir de VY x Komanche des Fontenis), an 11-year-old gelding bred by Heribus Farm, stopping the clock at 67.67 seconds. Brazil’s Yuri Mansur completed the individual top three with the veteran 18-year-old gelding Vitiki (v. Valentino x For Expo), bred by Zg Stapel & Wahlers, after crossing the line in 68.15 seconds.

German eventing and showjumping star Sandra Auffarth crossed the finish line in 68.66 seconds with Comcador OLD (v. Comme Il Faut x Duke of Hearts) to claim fourth spot.
