Emilie Conter announced on social media that she has broken her hand. The injury means she will have to stay out of the saddle temporarily, putting her competition plans on hold.

The rider sustained the injury yesterday and will therefore be sidelined for several weeks. Conter did indicate that she remains motivated and is aiming for a quick return to the arena as soon as her recovery allows.

Therefore, no international starts for the Belgian rider for the time being, as she now focuses on rehabilitation and a return to competition.
