Constant van Paesschen has announced the passing of his trusted partner, Isidoor van de Helle (Canturo x Qredo de Paulstra). The stallion passed away at the age of 17. "We tried everything to give you an eternal retirement, so I could give back to you what you once gave to me..." Van Paesschen shared.
"You always gave your best, you helped elevate me and your stablemates to a higher level. The stable will feel empty without you. Every Sunday, I will feel that emptiness, seeing your stall unoccupied. And still, I ask you, be there for me in difficult times—I will still need you. RIP my dearest friend."
Since April, Isidoor had been enjoying his retirement. Before that, the pair spent nearly ten years together. They won multiple Grand Prix events, including the 1.55m Grand Prix in Fujairah and the 1.50–1.60m Grand Prix in St. Tropez.
Our editorial team extends its heartfelt condolences to Isidoor’s team.
