For the Shanghai Swans Daniel Deusser and Ben Maher saddled up! Deusser set a double clear with Otello de Guldenboom (Tobago Z) and Gangster v/h Noddevelt (Eldorado vd Zeshoek).

For the winning team, Ben Maher competed aboard Point Break (Action-Breaker) and the 14-year-old mare, Ginger-Blue (Plot Blue). This year's new team, Basel Cosmopolitans finished as runner-up. Represented by Zascha Nygaard Lill and Jana Wargers the team finished with a total of 12 points. The third spot was claimed by Mexico Amigos represented by  Belgium's Emilie Conter, Zoe Conter and Sweden's Petronella Andersson!

Gregory Wathelet wins Grand Prix qualifier

In the individual ranking, Belgium riders ruled with Gregory Wathelet and Bond Jamesbond de Hay (Diamant de Semilly) on top. Wathelet jumped to the win being a second faster as reigning national champion, Gilles Thomas. Thomas finished second aboard  his 9-year-old BWP-mare, Qalista DN (Emerald van 't Ruytershof).

Henrik von Eckermann completed the stage of this individual ranking with his 12-year-old KWPN-mare, Iliana (Cardento).
