This week, national teams will be competing in the season's first Longines League of Nations event in Abu Dhabi. High-level CSI5* action will also be taking place in neighboring Qatar.
The Longines Arena at the Al Shaqab Stadium in Doha provides the backdrop for the Amir's Sword, a prominent fixture of the Doha Equestrian Tour. The highlight of the event is the Grand Prix, which boasts a prize pool of 1.5 million euros.
The entry list features several elite names, including the current world number one, Scott Brash (GBR), as well as Max Kühner (AUT), Pieter Devos (BEL), Abdel Said (BEL), Niels Bruynseels (BEL), and Edwina Tops-Alexander (AUS).
