The current world number six won after a Jump-Off between nine horse-and-rider combinations. They referred compatriot, Titouan Schumacher with Illusion (Balou du Rouet x Glennbridge) to the second place. Belgium's Jérôme Guery completed the stage.
Guery followed aboard Careca LS Elite (Carusso LS La Silla x Rebozo La Silla) while Guery's compatriot, Frédéric Vernaet placed fourth. Vernaet jumped to the fourth spot aboard his approved sire, Orak d'Hamwyck (Tobago Z).
The top five was completed by Romain Duguet and Hunger Games du Champ du Bois (Elvis ter Putte).
