Vicky van de Poel has announced the sale of her 11-year-old BWP mare, Prada Di Costa M (by Vannan). The mare was competed internationally at the 1.55m level by Kevin Jochems.
Kevin Jochems last competed internationally with the mare at the end of last year. In Salzburg, the duo secured a spot on the 1.45m podium. Earlier that year, Jochems and the daughter of Vannan won a 1.55m class during the CSIO5* Longines League of Nations in St. Tropez.
The combination also jumped into the prize money at prestigious venues including: Dublin, Valkenswaard, Aachen, Rotterdam, Samorin, Hohenkirchen-Hohen Wieschendorf
Vicky van de Poel originally produced the mare for international competition before Jochems took over the reins in 2023. Looking ahead, a young Irish rider will be competing with the mare in the future.
