"I always wanted to work professionally with horses and I love to travel. Top sport was therefore my focus. I truly love working in this great team," says Tual. "Being a groom is a lifestyle! You have to be passionate, full of energy, and never see it as just a job. It demands so much from you as a person that it requires your full energy!"

"A groom is not only responsible for the welfare of your horses but also for your own welfare and rest," says Lillie Keenan. "I have a good relationship with Corentin. We trust each other 100%, and that is essential! It is an added value that you can discuss everything with your groom. After all, he can also give you much more information about how your horse is feeling!"

It Feels Like I’m Jumping Too!

"I am well aware that I am not performing in the arena," says Tual. "Yet, that's how it feels. You live 100% with your rider and your horse. You help build the success that is achieved in the arena. During the class, I live through it from A to Z."

"That is the reason for the success," adds Lillie Keenan. "The person on the ground has to want to win just as much as you do! You have to believe in each other and both want to win. That's when you work harder as a team when it's needed!"
