This morning in La Baule, France, a 1.45m accumulator was on the schedule. In this CSI5* class, Millie Allen clinched victory aboard the nine-year-old Quick Diamant HR (by Diamant de Semilly). The mare was bred by Ruben Houben in Limburg, Belgium.
The CSIO5* 1.45m accumulator track appeared tailor-made for British rider Millie Allen. Representing Karel Cox Horses, she piloted the BWP mare Quick Diamant HR to a winning time of 47.36 seconds. The pair finished nearly four (!) seconds ahead of Fabio Brotto and Go Bolensky della Roane (by Cornet Obolensky).
Third place went to Rene Lopez Lizarazo riding Casa Lady Love PS OLD (by Casalico). He was followed closely by Jason Smith, who rode the Zangersheide gelding One And Only Eda Z (by Ogano Sitte), just edging out Lara Tryba on Katania (by Mylord Carthago).
