Jos Verlooy has a new stallion in his stable. The six-year-old Zangersheide stallion, Divinus van de Kapel Z (by Dourkhan Hero Z), is moving to Verlooy’s facilities.
The stallion, bred by Joris Van den Bergh, previously drew significant attention during the stallion competition. This year, he showcased strong performances in Lier with Pieter Van den Bergh in the saddle.
Jos Verlooy will take over the reins himself. "We hope to further expand our roster of stallions this way," he stated. Divinus comes from the damline of Ratina P van de Kapel, making him related to international showjumpers such as Bingo van de Kapel, Hatina van de Kapel, and Damaskus van de Kapel, among others.
