A total of twelve combinations qualified for today's Jump-Off in the CSI4*-w Pearl Tour at the Al Shira'AA Tour in Abu Dhabi. Counting for Longines Ranking points, this 1.45m class was eventually conquered by local rider, Omar Abdul Aziz Al Marzooqi and his 10-year-old SF-mare, Emeraude de Zabala (Emerald).
Omar Abdul Aziz Al Marzooqi and Christophe Guy's bred SF-mare, jumped to victory in 37,50 seconds. Although making the shortest turn after fence number one, Germany's Christian Ahlmann had to settle for the runner-up position aboard his 10-year-old stallion, Sheeran WL (Codex One).
The pair was followed by Maximilian Lill and the 11-year-old Viverter PS (Vivant). Aboard Paul Schockemöhle's bred gelding, Lill referred Manuel Fernandez Zaro to the fourth spot.
The spanish rider followed aboard the 11-year-old Baloys PS (Baloubet du Rouet). Ireland's Shane Breen completed the top five aboard his 10-year-old AES-mare, Be Alcantara (Colmar).
