The Falsterbo Horse Show 2026 promises to be an absolute spectacle. As one of only seven exclusive events within the prestigious Rolex Series, the Swedish show traditionally attracts the crème de la crème of international showjumping. This year, the entry list is spearheaded by world number one Kent Farrington (USA), closely followed by world number two Richard Vogel (GER).
This year, Falsterbo's iconic grass arena holds extra strategic value for the riders. None other than top course designer Frank Rothenberger (GER) will be designing the tracks. Since Rothenberger is also designing the courses for the FEI World Championships in Aachen this season, Falsterbo offers riders a unique and crucial opportunity to optimally prepare their horses on grass for the biggest championship of the year, taking place just a few weeks later.
In addition to Farrington and Vogel, an impressive array of Olympic medallists, world champions, and top-10 riders will enter the arena, including: Ben Maher, Shane Sweetnam and Steve Guerdat.
The home crowd can look forward to seeing their own gold-medal heroes: reigning Swedish World Team Champions Henrik von Eckermann, Peder Fredricson, and Malin Baryard Johnsson are all set to compete.
