Top-level sport comes to home soil this week. In Brussels, Stephan Conter welcomes the world’s elite—this year without a Nations Cup, but featuring its own Derby competition instead.
The highlight is the Rolex Grand Prix, taking place on Sunday.
On the start list is a powerhouse Belgian line-up featuring newly crowned Vice World Champion Thibeau Spits, alongside team medalists Abdel Saïd and Pieter Devos. Also competing are Olivier Philippaerts, Wilm Vermeir, Niels Bruynseels, Zoë and Emilie Conter, among others.
They will take on top international riders such as World Champion Steve Guerdat (SUI), Kim Emmen (NED), Tom Wachman (IRL), Simon Delestre (FRA), Rodrigo Pessoa (BRA), Piergiorgio Bucci (ITA), Maikel van der Vleuten (NED), and more.
