New research reveals that the essential job for every professional stable ... the groom, has become a rarity to find. Wether for at home or competitions, professional riders find it difficult to find a suitable groom. At the same time, the notion that the groom is an essential profession, has grown.

In a research by equjob  it is revealed that the groom has become a rarity to find in this past decennia. Different measures introduced by federations and organizations, highlighting grooms in award ceremonies have a minimal effect.

The demand for grooms is still bigger than the offer. Luckily the notion is rising grooms have the right - despite our irregular job schedule - for holidays and a competitive wage. (click here).
