One of Europe's most beautiful equestrian facilities, Gut Einhaus, is to be sold through a silent auction. The equestrian facility is composed of over 4 arenas, a luxurious villa, some studios, etc. Tomorrow the property probably will be handed over to its new owner. Fantastic to see some many want to preserve this heritage.
Participating at the auction isn't for everybody. "To secure the legitimately of the auction, bidders have to provide a proof of funds, handed out by any of the major European banks," state the organizer.
The sale will have to be mutual agreed. The current owners have set a minimum price. This price has been communicated to the potential and interested buyers.
