Scuderia 1918 Halifax van het Kluizebos goes full Italian

The well-known chestnut stallion Scuderia 1918 Halifax van het Kluizebos, a son of the world-famous Heartbreaker, is fully in Italian hands from now on. Scuderia 1918 has taken over the share of Stephex Stables and thus remains the sole owner of the 16-year-old stallion.

Halifax is perhaps best known in combination with Lorenzo De Luca. Under the Italian show jumper, the stallion achieved excellent results including winning the Rome Grand Prix in 2018. A year earlier, in 2017, he was even at the very top of the WBFSH/FEI rankings.

His sire, Heartbreaker, was a founder of the type of sport horse we know today. That combined with Dalida vd Heffinck produced one of his most famous offspring: Scuderia 1918 Halifax van het Kluizebos. With over 15 international victories to his name and approved for several studbooks, Halifax has become a real superstar in our showjumping sport but also in breeding.
