Verdi TN to enjoy his retirement

Dutch show jumping rider, Maikel van der Vleuten has announced the retirement of his top horse, Verdi TN. Van der Vleuten was over 10 years the trusted rider of the now 18-year-old stallion. "Aged 18-years-old, I think he deserves a well earned retirement," Van der Vleuten writes. 

Van der Vleuten and Verdi  jumped together many international victories such as the Salzburg and Doha, as well as Lyon Grand Prix. They were also a part of the winning Nations Cup finals team in Barcelona and represented the orange color at the Olympics in Rio.
