Your guide for the 2022 WEG Showjumping in Herning!

Today the combinaties at the FEI World Equestrian Games familiarize themselves with the arena in Herning. But how will the next days be competed? Here is an overview for the showjumping championships ... 

When, where and how to watch?

The livestreaming thanks to FEI.Tv and Clipmyhorse allows you to follow the championship at home or on location. The following schedule is maintained:

  • 1st team and individual qualifier : Wednesday 10.08.2022 - 10:50 CET
  • 2nd team and individual qualifier : Thursday 11.08.2022 - 12:50 CET
  • Team finals : Friday 12.08.2022 - 20:50 CET
  • Individual final : Sunday 14.08.2022 - 13:50 CET

Championships rules?

First team and individual qualifier.
The first qualifier is a Table A set at 1.50m height and judged by a Tabel C. The scores are reverted to seconds. The time will be multiplied with a coefficient of 0.5. The combination with the lowest score receives a 0 as starting point.

Second team and individual qualifier
In this class the jumps are set 1.60m heigh. The judging is through a Table A with Jump-Off. Only the combinations who competed on Wednesday can start on Thursday.

Team Finals
The best 50 combinations, including the ties on 50th place, will return at the start on Friday in the Team finals. The 1.60m course counts for the team ranking. After all scores of the country-combinations will be added to one final result, deciding the final team results.

The individual finals
Ridden in Two rounds of 1.60m heigh the best 25 combinations of the previous competition days will return on Sunday for the first round. The final 12 best compete in the second round for the individual medals.
