Al Sharbatly gold medalist at Asian Games

The big favorite rider at this years Asian Games, held in Korea, Abdullah Al Sharbatly, has claimed the gold medal. With Gerco Schröders former ride, Callahan, Al Sharbalty proved to be the best rider after two clear rounds. Japan rider Satoshi Hiraeo and Ulano finished with a total of four points in the second round placing them second. Compatriot Taizo Sugitani (Avenzio 3) was faster but had one rail down in the first leg of this Championship. Eventually the pair had to be satisfied with the third spot. The top five was completed by Latifah Ahmed MJ Al Maktoum (Peanuts de Beaufour) and Faisal Al Shalan (Talan).  Best Korean rider was Oh Sungwhan who placed seventh with Chintan after collecting 1 jump fault in the second round.   click here for the full results
