American victory for Julie Welles in CSI2* Grand Prix of Bolesworth

Julie Welles just claimed the CSI2* Grand Prix win in Bolesworth, the course was built at 1.45m height and seventeen riders qualified for the jump off. Only the first two riders pulled off a double clear, Welles was the fastest of the two. Aboard Nouvelle (Solitair) she stopped the timer in 39,40 seconds, which was only 0.26 seconds faster than Will Edwards with Shw Candies B (Chacco Blue). Ireland's Max O'Reilly Hyland joined them on the podium, he rode Ahmed du Calvaire (Cerano). Harry Wainwright finished fourth in the saddle of Pinheiro Beech (It's The Business) and Emma Stoker completed the top five with Townhead Tallulah V (Tabasco la Silla). Click here for the results.
