The equestrian world and the Longines Athina Onassis Horse Show (“LAOHS”) returns for the fourth consecutive year to the legendary Pampelonne Beach, located on the Saint-Tropez peninsula, a favorite spot for international jet-setters. The high-level rider, Athina Onassis, organizes this prestigious event that combines athletics and elegance.
Longines, the Swiss watch brand, partners with the event that features two competitions: the CSI5* test, the highest level show jumping competition and the CSI1* for amateur riders for a total of € 549,000 in prize money. The world's best riders / horses will compete in the 4 classes of the CSI5*, all valid for the Longines ranking, including the Longines Grand Prix with € 300,000 in prize money. The 9 classes of the CSI1* will be reserved for amateur riders who will have the privilege of competing in the same arena as the best riders. A total of one hundred riders and nearly 200 horses are expected, representing more than twenty countries.
