Cornet Obolensky delivers auction bestseller at 'Flanders Foal Auction

The Flanders Foal Auction 2016 concluded with a successful edition at the Sentower Park, last night. The spotlights were set on the beautiful Quelle Dame van Schuttershof (Cornet Obolensky x Dobel's Cento), bred out of Kashmir van Schuttershof's half sister. The gray mare was auctioned for no less than 49,000 Euro, being sold to the USA. Taking place while only a few km's away the World Championships for Young Horses is organized, a lot of investors found their way to the auction. Russian female rider, Maria Madenova invested in some new talented foals. Among other the full borther of Dutch show jumping champion, Go Easy de Muze. This for a total of 28,000 euro. The runner-up as most expensive foal was Quinci Quality (Cornet Obolensky x Crawford). This foal leaves for 31,000 Euro to Ireland.
