Over two years the Dutch rider Dennis van den Brink rode for toprider Marcus Ehning. Their partnership came to an end last weekend and Van den Brink shall return home with his two horses.
His father, 'Teun van den Brink', has his own jumpingstable in the Netherlanders. Van den Brink will compete for his father again and will return every now and then for a training with Ehning.
It was late november 2004 when Van den Brink decided to team-up with Ehning. He brought two of his horses with him. "I've had an amazing but educational period. It was an great opportunity to work with such an great rider and if I get this chance again I will definitely take it again", Van den Brink said.
"For now i'm going home and work with my dad's horses. But I will keep on training every now and then with Ehning".
