A week after Henrik von Eckermann lets the world know that he will be starting his own stables near the German city of Bonn the Swedish brings more good news. The rider that was working at Beerbaum Stables for 12 years has taken an exciting ride with him to his new stables: Hermes de Mariposa (v. Canturo). As half brother of the talented Flora de Mariposa, that was victorious in the team competition this Olympics with Penelope Leprevost, the Canturo son is already competiong on 1.55 level with Belgian Annelies Vorsselmans. Together the two already had some very nice results with a fifth place in the Grand Prix of Drachten and a second place during the CSI2* Grand Prix in Roosendaal. Last winter Vorsselman already saw Hermes de Mariposa leave the a owner in the Middle-East. And let it just be the luck that Von Eckermann has now gotten this amazing horse to ride from that owner.
