Leldanne van het Polderhof to Olivier Philippaerts

A new talent will join the stables of Stud Dorperheide. The five year old mare Leldanne van het Polderhof will be ridden by Olivier Philippaerts. The Kashmir van het Schuttershof x Zeldanne Z daughter was bred by Andre Bruyland. The last six months she was ridden by Joy Demuynck who started about 15 regional competitions with her. The mare is a fullblood sister of Jamaica van het Polderhof who was ridden until last year by Ignace Phillips and Jane Richard Philips. Last week Joy and Leldanne finished in a fifth place in the 1m and also on a eight place in the 1m10. Joy tells about the mare: "We don't compete a lot with our young horses. We believe them to achieve better when their a bit older like eight or nine year. Leldanne is a mare who needs and wants a lot of attention". The mare shows some real potential and it seems that she will have a nice future at Dorperheide and with Olivier Philippaerts.
