Lorenzo de Luca's Irenice Horta moves to Cian O'Connor

After having purchased Gudrun Patteet's former, Sea Coast Atlantic this summer and Niels Bruynseel's Lady Cracotte, Cian O'Connor had to endure hard times when his last acquired mare, Lady Cracotte, passed away after an accident in the stables. O'Connor can now count on a new talent in his stables. The Irish show jumping rider has welcomed the 10-year-old Belgian Warmblood mare, Irenice Horta (Vigo d'Arsouilles x Diamant de Semilly). Since her seven years old, the mare is ridden by Daniel Deusser, later Zoe Conter and last Lorenzo De Luca. With the Italian show jumping rider in the saddle the mare competed to a seventh individual spot at the WEG in Tryon. Also in Doha, earlier this month the combination jumped in the spotlights in the CSI5* GCT Grand Prix. About a year ago the mare jumped Zoe Conter to a fourth place in the CSI5* World Cup Grand Prix of La Coruna.
