Mary Lou has been secured for Sweden’s Henrik von Eckermann. The 12-year-old mare by Montendro x Portland L has been bought by Toveks, and will remain with von Eckermann Sport Stable where she for the last one-and-a-half year has had huge success winning the World Cup in Gothenburg both in 2017 and 2018 as well as ending second in last year’s Rolex Grand Prix of Geneva. After many years of supporting equestrian sports in various forms, Toveks is now looking forward to joining Henrik von Eckermann on his journey with Mary Lou. "I could not be happier, for the first time in my career I can now make a longterm plan with Mary Lou and be safe in knowing that she will stay with me," Henrik says. Toveks and von Eckermann have agreed on a long-term partnership with Tokyo 2020 as one of the big goals.
