Quabriolet van't Bildeken sold for 195.000 euros at the Eye of the Master auction

The team of Eye of the Master, consisting of Jonas De Bock, Tim van Hal and Jan Claeys can look back on a successful second edition of Eye of the Master, with a turnover of no less than 1,306,000 euros. Horse sport enthusiasts, bidders, buyers and sellers were present in large numbers during the auction, online and live at Stal Vincent Martens.

The eye-catcher of the auction, and immediately the auction topper, was the 5-year-old Quabriolet van het Bildeken. Not undeservedly so because the son of Anakin van Schuttershof has a silver medal at the BK and WC for young horses on his record of achievements. For 195,000 euros the Gaublomme family saw their Quabriolet van het Bildeken leave for a new owner.

There was also a lot of interest in the 7-year-old Olyda vd Bisschop, who was the second horse to pass the 100,000 euro mark. The Diamant de Semilly daughter was sold for 175.000 euro.

Nixion VLS Z was also in demand. As the name suggests this 2-year old stallion is a descendant of Nixon van't Meulenhof, previously ridden by Harrie Smolders and recently by Jos Verlooy. For 84.000 euro Nixion VLS Z changes from owner.

Finally, there were also four embryos sold. Most money (19.000 euro) was paid for the embryo of Chacco Blue x Kitona Di Magico, but also that of Cornet Obolensky x Carrera de Muze was very popular and was sold for 16.000 euro.

A successful edition for the team of Eye of the Master, who thanks his bidders and buyers and is already looking forward to next year's edition!
