Rene Lopez will take over the reins of Quechua D'Emeraude

The French showjumper Simon Delestre who started riding the twelve year old Selle Françai Quechua D'Emeraude in the beginning this year, will now have to say goodbye to him. The Ultimo ter Moude son proved to be a succesful combination with Delestre. They ranked second place in the 3 star of Lanaken in April, while they started in the 5 star in februari this year were they finished on a firm 6th place. Delestre took over the reins of the Portugese rider Luis Ferreira who rode Quechua D'Emeraude succesful in the 2 star competitions. Now it will be the Colombian rider Rene Lopez who will take place in the saddle. Lopez is already riding two other horses from the gelding's owner Bertrand Darier (Sui).
