Saracen Horse Feeds takes title sponsorship of Houghton International

Musketeer Events (MEM) is delighted to welcome a new title sponsor for this year's Houghton International, incorporating the FEI Nations Cup, which runs from 25th - 28th May. Saracen Horse Feeds is already working closely with Tri-Star Eventing (the joined forces of MEM and BEDE Events) through two exciting new initiatives aimed at both intermediate level and grassroots riders; this new partnership develops that relationship further still. “We are enormously proud to be supporting the British leg of the FEI Nations Cup, as well as the One and Two Star international classes,” said Saracen Horse Feeds Sales and Marketing Director, Michael Bacon. “Working alongside the combined Tri-Star Eventing teams this year has seen Saracen's growth in the eventing sector go from strength to strength.” A family owned business with more than 170 years of experience in manufacturing animal feeds, Saracen Horse Feeds is renowned for producing a range of nutritionally sound, innovative horse feeds designed to meet the needs of the modern equine athlete. This partnership is the company's first foray into horse trials title sponsorship. “It's very exciting that Saracen Horse Feeds has decided to expand its involvement in eventing and further its working relationship with Musketeer,” said Event Director Alec Lochore. “Their backing of the two new Leagues for intermediate and grass roots riders competing at Tri-Star events has been enthusiastically received. By taking title sponsorship of Houghton, which runs classes from One Star up to Three Star, a whole new tranche of riders now benefit from their support. I look forward to developing our partnership over the forthcoming years.” For more information on any aspect of this year's Houghton International Horse Trials, and to book advance tickets, visit http://www.musketeer.co.uk
