Scott Brash is new number one

Great Britain’s Scott Brash is the new number one on the Longines Ranking. After winning the Global Champions Tour Final in Doha at the end of last month and recording several other top results, Scott has made it from last month’s rank six to the top on the world ranking. He is followed by the previous rank one, Ben Maher. Then follows Germany’s Ludger Beerbaum as rank three; making a serious climb after being seventh last month. Beezie Madden goes down from rank two to four, and Marcus Ehning from rank three to five. Steve Guerdat jumps from rank nine to six, while Christian Ahlmann goes down from rank five to seven. Patrice Delaveau is in again in the top ten – now as rank eight, Luciana Diniz goes down from rank four to nine – and Gerco Schröder from rank eight to ten.
