The French Fences auction has reached the news with a new world record. For colt, High Level Devil Z a buyer payed 145.000 euro. The colt is a son of Heartbreaker out of Carthina Z (Carthago). Carthina Z is also the mother to Diamanthina van 't Ruytershof and Emerald.

This makes this colt the most expensive foal ever sold at an auction this year. The last four evenings, the Fences auction concluded with a sale of just no 4 million euro.
