Oldeburg has organized an online breeding mare auction for the first time this year. Eleven breeding mares were presented, five of which for dressage and six for jumping. The horses were sold on average for about 16,000 euros. The auction topper was the mare Fair Lady (by Fürst Wilhelm) and was sold for 29,000 euros.
The auction topper is the full sister of the stallion Fair Fame and has already won several junior tests with Pia Casper. The mare was sold to the Brandenburg breeding stable. The second auction topper was Ennigaldi by Sam Amour I and was sold for around 23,500 euros. One of the foals of this mare, Marco Polo (by Marc Cain) was previously sold for 110,000 euros. The auction topper for jumping was Reica (by Cornet Obolensky) and was sold for 16,000 euros. The Netherlands bought the dressage mare Fabrice Zick Zack (by Zack) for 18,000 euros and is carrying a foal by Vitalos.
